Mini-Raid to Carnarvon National Park: April 2010
Overview of the trip
The 2CV Club of Queensland is going on a road trip to Carnarvon Gorge in Central Queensland in April 2010 (18th - 24th).
This is the best time of year to visit the park because at this time the lilies on Lake Nuga Nuga are usually flowering and it is a sight to behold.
We are meeting in Roma (see map below) on Sunday 18 April and will camp in the Roma Showgrounds.
Then on Monday we drive to Carnarvon National Park, where accommodation is arranged from Monday night to Thursday night.
After a nice meal and a few drinks on Thursday night, we drive on to Gayndah on Friday to visit le Maison de Citroën.
